Tom's is in the plaza on the northwest corner of Tienken Rd. and Rochester Rd. with Papa Joes and Starbucks.
In the summer, the wrap-around outside patio is a great place to enjoy a cigar and watch people shop and walk around. They also usually have a live band performing outside a few nights each week.
The inside of the restaurant has a great layout, and a very cool bar. I just learned last week that you can't smoke cigars inside until 10pm.
