Stopped by this place yesterday which is right near Anastasia State Park. It's run by "Ticker" and Diane Gurr (and "Missy," their rescue dog), who have owned the cigar store for I believe 14 years. It used to be in downtown St. Augustine. There is a wide selection of cigars and gifts. I was very impressed by the friendliness, quality of cigars, price of cigars and ability to relax. They have a small seating area (three comfy "Lazy-boy" chairs) in front of a television and Wi-Fi. It's a great place to stop and hang out for a bit.
