This is one of the few places in Manhattan where you can still smoke and have a drink at the same time. Up-scale atmosphere is accompanied by a mandatory dress code - collars on your shirts gents, and no tennis shoes either. Staff is friendly, attractive, and have a decent understanding of the cigars they keep in house. The selection is small and really expensive, but works for that high-end business meeting you may be having. Not a place to go if you're looking to stock up your own humidor, or are just out for an afternoon smoke. Off color note that ladies of the night know the clientele of this place.
