My service here has recently gone down hill. The most knowledgeable employee, Paul, hasn't been there my last dozen or so visits. The two new employees I've noticed are smug, not very knowledgeable and always are suggesting pricier sticks. Their prices have always been higher than average, but for the ambiance I didn't mind when I wanted a few singles. Now it's not worth it. They do allow smoking however there is no seating, standing room only. Many people come in for the great magazine selection and shoot you many dirty looks and fake cough if you are perusing and enjoying your new purchase.
